Terms of Service

By booking a service or using the GQs Mobile Detailing website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or the Site.

GQs Mobile Detailing ("we", "us", "our") provides mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, waxing, fleet services, maintenance details, headlight restoration, and engine cleaning. Services are performed on-site at the location you provide.

All services are subject to vehicle assessment. Prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and scope of work.

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Because mobile services are sensitive to weather, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common forms of payment. Any disputes should be raised within 7 days of service completion.

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle, or have full authority to request service on it. Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

• Provide reasonable access and safe parking at the service location.
• Disclose any known mechanical, cosmetic, or allergy-related issues in advance.
• Secure valuables — we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

While we take every reasonable precaution, detailing involves manual handling of your vehicle. Pre-existing damage, worn trim, faded paint, or dormant mechanical/electrical issues may be revealed during cleaning and are not the responsibility of GQs Mobile Detailing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Ceramic coating durability periods (e.g., 2-year, 10-year) are based on the specific product applied and require proper maintenance. Warranty details are provided at the time of service.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those communicated at time of booking.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
